For legs: compound movements are great. Squats, lunges, deadlifts, step ups - these will utilize more muscles in your lower body. Sprinting is also a great way to hit that part of your body.

For your core: there’s a lot one can do, some of the ones I like are hanging leg raises, L-sits, Russian twists, dragonflies, and ice cream makers.
